VR 103 and 102 heading to car v house in rockingham 102 under p2!!

It was exactly that - First call thought it was a 317 - DUI (Driver under Influence) - But when 102 got there - all it was was as you said it - Car v Fence.
Over corrected on a turn, she lost control.
