Koondoola job

Hi all,
Is anyone listening to the Joondalup channel at the moment? There's a massive job in Koondoola which consists of about 50 armed people and a house that is on fire due to a petrol bomb...
They have got cars from the Mirabooka district and all ROG cars on the way. Shields & helmets... cars going P2 left right and centre!

I was going to ask if anyone knew what was going on as I heard the fire brigade fly past then about 6 cop cars so far down Marangaroo Drive.

Nope, once all the cars were told to go there, there was no more communications or information about it on the Joondalup channel. I don't know if they went local or to another channel...
I think it's under control now though...

My QTH is quite nearby this job.
It was two indegenous families that have been feuding for years. Several petrol bombs got thrown at a house. Around 20-30 youths were having some "heated" discussions using some very colourful language.
Quite a lot of police cars (marked & unmarked) arrived (They were kitted with helmets, etc) and a fire truck a few minutes later.
Police dispersed the youths fairly quickly and the firies climbed around on the roof for a bit.
All's quiet now, until next time.

Sounds interesting, woulda been pretty scary for the local residents having heaps of cop cars arriving all at the same time

I am glad I hopped online last night when I did. My partner and her friend were driving to the Koondoola Bottleshop around the time the incident would have been happening I was able to quickly ring them up and tell them to get the f*@k out of the area go to a different Bottle Shop.
