To much to go wrong and wouldn't get fixed.
With the number plate recognition, you would never get out of the street that your stations on. Oh no mdl, Oh unlicensed car and so on..

More seriously I think it would be a great tool for Traffic!!! Maybe all the traffic vehicle can get that GPS tracker fitted !!!!
