Lift rescue - Claremont

13 people trapped. Released all ok. Claremont, Daglish 2nd, Rescue Manager and Group Manager Central heard. Never heard of the latter two - can anyone shed some light on the GM? What is their role?

As far as I'm aware, its a different name for DM Central - the rostered DM for Perth Station.

i was gunna say that but wasnt 100% sure...
u hear the dms and cfms called other things quite often
