just picked up a priority 1 escort to PMH. Haven't heard any other details yet except for vk 402 going to an address in kwinana

have ya heard any more on it. ive turned me scanner on havent heard anything hey, but i can hear sirens on ennis ave???

Lots of road closures into the city to allow sja faster access but nothing else

Just heard on the 9 new that it was a 8 year old boy who was set on fire.

Wonder if it would have been quicker to mobilise Rescue 65 in this instance?

Yeah, i heard that escort, but didnt know what was happenin at the time, they changed all the traffic lights to green, and vki asked em to tell him when they had gone through so they could change them back, i didnt know what was happenin at the time.
3 hours later, my ex informed me of a chopper hangin round her place in parmelia, thought id hav a look and it turned out to be the channel nine helicopter, hovering around Parmelia shops (where the neighbour took the child before being escorted) and around my old street.
Yeah, pretty sad and stupid.

Changed all the traffic lights to green? hmm...are you sure? i never knew that Perth TL's were remote accessable thought they were programmed only... Anyway they did a good job and i taped the channel 9 news report. AV201 was at scene and VK103 had the escort on the freeway. Umm no - VKI dont have access to TCL's - all requests go through to Main Roads ..... Right Dazzler? (he can confirm this)
