Unfortunately gone are the days when an unattended bag were treated as lost property and handed in to either the police or left at the customer service desk waiting to be collected by its rightful owners. Now days if someone accidentally leaves a bag behind it is considered a terrorist threat and is teated as such to the point of evacuating a whole train therefore disrupting the whole service. I am glad I don't clean trains anymore I would hate to see the protocol to deal with lost property.
