WA Radio Scanner Users' Group

I just tried to log onto Mikey's scanner and this is what I found...
http://mikeyonline.net/scanner.htm
Could someone please explain to me why/how the feed would be affected? Is it because its overloaded or something? (Yes, I'm not real computer literate I admit! ) Its a shame its gone - and may have been for a while but I haven't used it for a couple of weeks...

I also run FTP and web services from the same server that runs the feed, and since this user decided somehow connect and disconnect every second and it was affecting my web services... but PM or email me and I will tell you how to access the feed... same to any other WARSUG members.
