Just herd a patrol car had been back to the station with a 317 after a ramdom stop to then get out of the office and stop another. Are people SO STUPID?

Ha yeh, I've been hearing a lot of 317's lately and I say the same thing.
I suppose you can be proud that you're intelligent enough not to drive when you're tanked unlike a lot of people.
