Father of Jay, Taylor and Bailey will be facing trial for murder in regards to his car going into a dam. He reckons that he blacked out after a coughing fit and consequently drove into the dam.

Police say that forensics evidence and lack of remorse shows that it was a revenge attack against his ex-wife
