Scrub Fire CULLALLA RD and BARN RD, in CULLALLA

14:22 Quinns Rocks, Wanneroo Central, Two Rocks and West or East Swan turning out. DO North East turned out about 15-20mins ago

ROELANDS
Coalfields HWY, in ROELANDS

17:15 WATCH AND ACT arrived
16:53 Extra crew turning out, fire is 3km from Southwest HWY along Coalfields HWY, it is 20 hectares and growing rapidly, burning in heavy Jarrah and Marri forrest, Parks and Wildlife has been requested as well as more heavy tankers, Coalfields HWY is in imminent threat and requested to be blocked east and west bound, a WATCH AND ACT is to be issued, winds are gusting to 40km/h from the north and the fire is not contained and not controlled burning towards Coalfields HWY
16:45 Extra crews and police requested due to fire approaching Coalfields HWY

Unsure of Classification But Welshpool 2nd and Rockingham 2nd were stood down

Traffic Accident CONNELL AV x PRINCETON ST, in KELMSCOTT

DO Rescue turned out approximately at 09:50
09:56 USAR Recon turning out
10:02 DO Rescue arrived
10:05 Casualty has been released and is being transferred to the ambulance
10:07 DO Newburn arrived
10:09 USAR Recon to proceed normal road conditions from DO Newburn
10:14 USAR Recon arrived and Welshpool 2nd and Armadale 2nd released as they had arrived when they were stood down

2nd Alarm Structure Fire ALEXANDER DR and STANFORD WAY, in MIRRABOOKA The People Movers

11:37 Kiara, Osborne Park, Malaga Pump, LT and 2.4 and Wangara turning out
11:38 Osborne Park SET mobilised and turning out
11:39 Malaga arrived 66
11:43 Fire seems to be put out by the owner all incoming appliances to proceed normal road conditions
11:44 Classified 2nd alarm Kiara and Wangara stood down
11:46 There was an oil tray on fire which has been taken out of the building. There is still residual smoke emitting from the rafters crew entering in BA.
11:47 DO Swan and DO Darling Range turning out and standing down
11:48 Fire extinguished no backup required, Osborne Park Pump, LT and SET stood down

12:31 Daglish 1st and 2nd turning out
12:32 Fremantle 2nd turning out
12:33 Perth CLP turning out
12:34 Daglish 2nd arrived 44, DO Perth and DO Stirling turning out
12:34 Osborne Park turning out and Daglish 2nd classified it as 2nd alarm property
12:35 Claremont arrived, control channel Command 1 and two men in BA
12:36 Fremantle 2nd and Osborne Park stood down
12:38 Osborne Park SET turning out normal road and Perth CLP stood down
12:39 DO Perth and DO Stirling proceeding normal road
12:40 Daglish 1st arrived
12:41 Fire is out on arrival, two FF in BA are not required and additional appliances are not required
12:42 DO Perth standing down
12:43 Daglish 1st not required

Car V House Ewing Crescent Dawesville

**Incident reported at 08:25 but only put on the scanner now**

09:07 Two casualties released one still trapped in the vehicle. Rescue 651 is en route ETA 09:11 but is unsure if they can land anywhere and request they have radio contact with the ground crews.
09:12 All three people are out of the vehicle and with the ambulance. Crews are making the scene safe.
09:36 Mandurah 1st is made up and ready for calls but will still be on scene for approximately a further 5 minutes

1451 Perth VRV, 1st and 2nd, Fremantle 2nd, Rescue Manager, DO Perth turning out
1453 Murdoch SET requested normal road
1458 Fremantle 2nd arrived
1501 1x code 90. SJA & WAPOL on scene
1503 Murdoch SET stood down, Perth VRV 1st & 2nd, Rescue Manager normal road
1506 Scene is under 3m of water, WAPOL Major Crime also in attendance
1508 Perth CRV, 1st & 2nd arrived
1512 Perth 1st released
1515 Water Corp in attendance to isolate water main
1521 Rescue Manager arrived, vacuum truck requested.

Heard a reference to Perth VRV and Trench Rescue Vehicle. Are these the same vehicle?
