I'm good thanks dave.
I actually heard about this in a strange way, my friend helped someone who was on their way down there to assist the family, but apparently there was a news report on the radio about it.
Yallingup is 260kms south of Perth, I've been down there on holidays a few times. I think you would probably have to live there or have a scanner near there to actually pick up any info on the incident if it was broadcast that is.
I'm not sure if we have any members who are in the area.

All afternoon on 468.550Mhz ( Mt Duckworth ) was very active with SES, Polair 61 and Police from Busselton & Dunsborough.
Polair 61 stayed overnight at Busselton Airport after refuelling their at 4:30pm last night, resumed searching this morning.
Polair 61 advised yesterday arvo that Channel 7 Helicopter was also comming down, but i don't know what channel they uses when it comes down this way.
Also heard Polair 61 on local 124.900 AM logging location at Yallingup.

It's sad sure, but I don't get the mentality of some people.
Big Rock, Huge seas?? What better place to go out for a walk?

I know it looks that way but Torpeedo Rocks is renown for this and tourists dont know. It will be calm for ages and then all of a sudden...
