the offender was actually in southlakes(elderberry dve) and first was believed to have a shot gun, police were obviously going priority 2, when first car arrived he was updated by the complainant and was told offender decamped in a vehicle(i have forgotten details of the vehicle) officer than got VKI to run the rego and it came up with a Yangebup address, another car went to the address, the officer then told VKI they had the POI in custody
