Marmion av x Cook av in Padbury car v car, 2 cars going priority, 1 going normal, dont think there are injuries-sounds like they are all fighting though--could be wrong

iit sounds like there might no have been a TA, but an off duty officer has had an argument with a motoris, now has him arrested, MIG vehicle is going, other cars still going priority updated location is O/S 145 flinders st

unfortunately, i had to leave the room, so i missed out on the result of this...if anyone knows can the please let me know

I went and checked this out as they were doing most communication via mobile phone. Didnt see a TA - if there was one it would have been very minor. Off duty officer got into a scuffle with a motorist and cuffed him. Few cars going priority as they couldnt find him due to wrong address given. It was actually on Flinders Dve, Padbury. All ok in the end.

thanks for that turbo, was pondering whether to call you, then i got a little busy and completely forgot--try to remember next time
