I can't believe that Ford actually named their latest Falcon after me, especially since I can't stand them. Oh well, I might have to change my name.

E Series GTS has a nice ring to it.

i drive an AU fairmont, atleast until december when i hope to get either a honda accord euro gen 7 or a vz calais depending on petrol prices
Jmmw,

Contradiciting yourself here a bit aren't you?

Why slag off Holdens in your most recent posting then in an earlier thread say you are hoping to get a VZ Calais??..

We've got 2 VZ Calais' at work and they are exactly the same under the bonnet as SV6's even have the alloytec190 donk.

Do you suffer amnesia??

Rice burners suck even more than Fords!

If you need a flashy car to help you pull a 'chick', maybe you might need some help.......

does it matter what kind of car it is. if it gets you from a to b its a decent car. car debates go no where and its kind of boring reading all that

dazla wrote:We use BA and BF (new ones) XT's at work, I would have to say they are the most uncomfortable car to sit in. I am 6'2 so getting out the the bloody thing is a pain in the ass too.

I find they are sluggish too, when we have to catch up with someone it seems that the accelorator sends an email to the engine telling it to speed up because its sluggish......and that is in 4 differant cars i've patrolled in.

We are currently looking at using a the Vitto's or the Holden Crewmans....

You cant beat the comfort of a Commo........

My two cents..
Isn't that interesting coz I've found the exact opposite in my 2003 BA. I'm no leadfoot but sometimes the car scoots off from a standing start a little quicker than I expected, so I'd say mine certainly isn't sluggish :)

However, one of the things I've noticed with some of the Series 1 and Series 2 BAs here at work is how much different they are to drive than my own car. You'd think that a BA is a BA, but it doesn't seem to be the case. My manager's car handles like a wet sponge and has only done 17,000km.

Bizarre.
