Well its hard to fill my role and they have 5 months to find and train someone so gave them more than enough time !!!
I love my job but have to go where the $$$ is.

does it really matter as long as its run properly. Kyle says they have plenty of paramedics now which is really good. My only query would be if they have all done the conversion course

yes it does matter.
If you place a sandpit out the back of the depot and one for the office staff, seems more likely to me that they should be running a day care center.
