Time for an update i think. hows it goin mate?
Hey all sorry i have not been on for a while. been a bit busy.
ok for an update.
RPH finally pulled there finger out and fixed my femur on the 25th of june. they opened my leg up, took out the old pin and screws and put in a bigger pin, re-lined my femur and screw the new pin into place. was pretty painful for a few days but yeah was relised from hospital on the 29th.
so yeah was on crutches and doing physio for a few weeks. and then started a work trail as a warehouse worker, forklift operator at a wine DC place in welshpool. been going very good ride my bike to and from work so getting my fitness back up.
Had another RPH appt on the 21st of this month and yeah after a few xrays everything is all good. i have been medically cleared to go back to work and fire calls. but need to get my fitness and strength back up. so yeah should be back to work and on the fire ground in December/January just in time for summer. lol
so yeah thats me so far.
