Not sure if anyone can confirm, before the pursuit in St James last night there was a JC-40* - called up VKI saying there was a scrub fire in close proximity to the Cannington Police station... can anyone else confirm this? - He got back to VKI saying that he really needed FESA there as the fire is getting bigger????

Anyone else hear this on Channel 8 around 10:30ish last night?

i heard about a house fire in langford about that time, but i think it was a JG car going P2, but complainants were FESA

Ohh ok - thanks for that - Yeah i hear they evacuated a lady and her dog who residents thought she went missing in the fire - but she was okay - but another car the one i said - said something about a scurb fire then VKI said to stand by - then he radioed again - saying he needed FESA there close to the Cannington Station??? hmmm

umm... so ?
1stly half of em dont know what vehicle u was in..me included (he was in lt 1)
2ndly u didnt do the response call so that doesnt help them know what u sound like..
3rdly half of em dont know what brigade ur even in!!

... :?

anyways heres those pics... what a weak fire..

Image

had a fire in the same spot 2 years ago... least this time it was mopped up properly !!!!!!!!!! So least this time we wont be called out to it another 3 times !!!!!!!!!

Image

the fire is only half the pic. id say 700x700 if that. By the time i got to rockingham foreshore with my gorgeous gf :D from her place (EDIT: leach hwy), the fire was pretty much under control. So id say 30 maybe 40 mins after we got called. Even then thats an over estimate coz i was already half way there when we got the call. Mop up took the majority of the time with everyone stood down at 2300.

Image

thought ud have a better sitrep chris..

EDIT: sorry chris  had been drinking... least i can type full sentances unlike HM681 when he's been drinking :P

The only 2 people i critisise is HM681 (coz its fun to do and well... cmon.. he deserves some flak for some of the remarks he makes) and Chris (who buy the way is my best mate and if he has a problem with it then all he needs to do is talk to me about it) at times when he rushes his posts and makes it hard to read.

Constructive critisism :D

edit: oh and last year i use to bait fastlane because he used to bait me and so it was fair game and a bit of fun... till he stopped taking the bait :(
