I figured as much lol

Just had to laugh at the reports "12 paramedics" rushed onboard the qantas flight.

If you look at one of the pics on the news website one off the vollies has his ambo shirt on with aussie flag board shorts and runners, i''ll see if i can find the pic.

Its not a dig i know vollies dont have time to jump into full uniform before heading out but still..

As opposed to Stirling SES rocking up at a vehicle accident that occured 30 seconds before? Out jumps three guys where t-shirts full wetsuits only on the legs, sandals/thongs, hats 2 vehicles and a boat? Because that's what someone got a couple of years ago. Plus 1 of the guys wife and 2 daughters. Now that was a motley crew.

The media is ignorent, and call every one a paramedic

The paramedic you are refering to is the "country support paramedic manager"

There is only one up that way and he is not allowed on road

Bare in mind this incident occured around lunchtime up there and like all vollies they do have a day time job to go to and i dare say that he would have just have a shirt in the back of his car for jobs to change into... i attend jobs in my work uniform and at times just chucked on the ambo refelective vest over top.

You right there "Tootooot" What was wrong with 2 batterys in parallel, would have equated to a longer useage period.. jj
