2nd alarm MVA, Bassendean & Malaga enroute. Bassendean arrived advised person trapped in a 'Bongo type van' requesting SJA x 2 and WAPOL with a rush

They said water was an issue, so maybe requesting water firies?

been quite smokey in parkwood too, since about 1100. maybe a controlled burn
