Why would editing need to take place?

Oh nevermind, I was joking anyway.

Just Robo's comment doesn't sound too 'professional'.

But hey, its a public forum and everyone is entitled to say what they wish right?

If this scumbag is guilty then he deserves everything he's going to get and more but...

I don't agree with giving out his details and photo until he's found guilty in a court of law. What about the presumption of innocence?

There have been quite a few cases of blokes being accused of rape and having their faces splashed across the media then being found not guilty. Imagine what it would do to you and your family if you were accused of such a crime when you were innocent.

yeah, it's never happened before where someone was charged, found guilty and then released due to their actual innocence. </sarcasm>

Thank you. I'm glad someone finally said this!

Yes, the crime is horrendous and despicable, but until the case goes to trial and the person is found guilty he is presumed to be innocent. Trial by media like this only serves to taint the jury...

I bet Tea-bag off Prison Break (on ch 7) would be rubbing his greasy palms together at the thought off seeing this scumbag inside....

Where sex offenders are concerned, the law should be guilty until proven innocent..

This is an email that's floating around today. I'm not usually one to believe this crap, and won't until I have sufficient evidence to substantiate it, but thought I'd throw it out there for debate.

Jason.

"Hello friends
I am just so angry, frustrated and really upset at what has happened at
the Livingston Shopping Centre that I needed to let you all know the
"truth" behind the mongrel murderer.

Fair point, it was not a professional comment. Just trying to emphasise on the tragedy. If anyone took it the wrong way i am sorry.
