I heard sirens for about 45min and then a helicopter fly over head and circle around Parky. I didn't know what was going on so I headed to the pub to find out if anyone down there knew, only to find that the motorbike accident happened just up from the pub. There were 6 police vehicles blocking the intersection and taking measurements as well as mundaring VFRS, western power and a towtruck. I was told that he was taken to the oval then air lifted to hospital.

Was listening to 6AR when Rescue 65 departed Parkerville, then heard it pass over my house a minute later en-route to the city.

I also heard at the time, 65 hovering in the area awaiting crews to switch over to a local channel.
