Listening to the scanner here in Bunbury sounds like The Bill now anyhow so the might as well have the Panda cars as well.........

Does anyone know are the fleet replaced at certain periods of the year like a certain month ?
GUessing by the variance in the klms travelled in ther cars that are going to auction it cant be a klm thing more of a certain time of the month.
