Umm no - VKI dont have access to TCL's - all requests go through to Main Roads ..... Right Dazzler? (he can confirm this)
No need to confirm as thats what i thought. Mainroads would have to do it through their op

VK 404 took over the escort on or near the freeway I heard. VK 103 wasn't P1 driver or car

its VK403, i should know coz i got the low down on it by a rockingham srgnt, they are the kwinana detectives, we had them briefly, then freo decided that kwinana and rockingham didnt need two detective squads, then changed there mind again and thus why VK403 is back.
