My thoughts exactly.Spartan wrote:Good way to try to get away with something!
next time I deal with an offender I might pull a knife on them.
"Hey Officer, it was only a prank"
Try saying that with 50,000 volts racing thru your systemSpartan wrote:Good way to try to get away with something!

That’s right, we don’t have all the facts. Did they go far enough to commit an actual offence?Zebedee wrote:We're obviously don't have the full facts, so we can't really make an informed decision
I am sure the investigating officers have examined ALL the evidence at hand (not just the media released hype) and have come to the correct conclusion. Maybe there needs to be a special law made for those IDIOTS as Zebedee said.Donga wrote:To me I believe the police have failed to do there job in this case. They should charge the guys involved and let the courts decide wether or not it was a PRANK.
Thats why I believe they should be charged. It has now given pedophiles a loophole to escape being charged. When the police go to apprehend the suspect the can simply say "sorry officer I had no intention of abducting that child it was just meant as a prank" I wonder how many pedophiles will try to abduct children now knowing they can say it was a prank and might actually get off. The prank would have cost tax payers money while the police needed to invistagate the case to find out that it was a prank. Even if it was meant as a prank shouldnt the pranksters pay for the cost of investigating the allegations of attempted abductionJG-103 wrote:i agree about it being a so called "prank"-sheisser
I reckon it could be used as a loop hole in the future for other low lives trying to abduct kids.
Exactly.Donga wrote:Even if it was meant as a prank shouldnt the pranksters pay for the cost of investigating the allegations of attempted abduction
