Replace the original wheels with a set of those 'spinners' that keep rotating even when the helicopter is hovering or parked. Nice 20" set would look choice with some low-profile rubber....

And as Antt has already said a green neon light kit underneath.

A set of genie extractors is a must also. Be able to drag all those 'rice-burners' off the lights with ease...
