Anybody know what the deal is with this one? Not often do I see prison vehicles with red warning lamps...
Is it used by the Emergency Support Group?

I seen this with an older badged one behind the courts during CHOGM wondered what it was.

Wait till you see its replacement! [I have photos which I will upload later, but somehow I can't remember where I put the lead]
I believe it is used by the Emergency Support Group to transport 'High" Risk prisoners...
