In the city a short time ago

Any ideas what was going on? I came out of work, got to the McIver train station and there were 5 helicopters in the air. The RAC rescue chopper looked like it was going to land on the railway line it was that low!

the only thing I know of was a car fire on the freeway near the narrows.Thought thats what the T.V.Choppers where filming.But I thought they seamed more intrested in the city.Just seen rescue 65 fly over heading back to Jandakot.

No more details unfortunately dude.

It was a chilling sense though.. choppers, trains, everyone standing around looking up. I could hear sirens but couldn't figure out where they were coming from.

The only other thing is the Channel 7 chopper sat above the Children's court for quite some time, but I walk pass there on the way to the traino and it was dead. I initially thought something might have happened there but I would assume not.

Have to watch the news I guess.

PS - I was so interested in how low the RAC chopper was at one point, I missed my train as it left the platform right in front of me. I am such a dickhead.

I did hear on the radio that someone lost their arm in Geraldton from pullng up a craypot and had been airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital...Maybe that's what all the fuss was about?

Polair 61 followed by 7 Chopper heading towards Perth as if following a vehicle down Wanneroo Rd/Charles St.

Another chopper flew over my house in Joondanna and joined the convoy to the city.

This was about 4.15 this afternoon.
