Was it busier being a day one and not a night one ?
Fair question there...
Firstly, we had approx 8 First Aid posts - not including our New BERT team and Retrieval. Which, I thought was a pretty good number of First Aiders for the crowd size that turned up.
Secondly, - without going into specifics (due to confidentiality etc) - our first day time Pageant, was "quieter" than normal. But that's not to say the same will apply for next year. The temps towards the end of the pageant, proved abit of an issue for some kiddies.

Wow. New BERT team is operational. How things have changed. I've only been gone a year too. Don't suppose there is any chance of a look at the new BERTs. First day time pageant too. I think i'm missing out on a fair few things. If you're interested in more SJA pics from the NT george just PM me.
VFAS - BERT team = Bicycle Emergency Response Team...
One of the greatest ideas ever implemented by VFAS... The guys n gals were out and about on Sunday at the Pageant, and although quiet day for them, it was an opportunity to "strech" there legs and comment on how they find the bikes etc...
