I'm not sure what is happening in Perth, if I dare beleive Today Tonights report on the Royal Perth Hospital it shows a lot of violence day in, day out. Any reason for such a violent city? I'm glad to be in a safer city of Hobart.

Personally, and this is just my own opinion, I don't think that Perth is a "violent city" - but I think it can sometimes be portrayed as such.

There's nowhere in Perth that I would consider a "no-go" area. There's some places I choose not to go to because there's nothing there for me, but I can't think of anywhere off the top of my head where I wouldn't go because I was concerned for my safety.

Ditto. Those who choose to throw themselves to the mercy of sensationalised journalism should spend their life living in fear.
