That would of been me. The sector commander said it was getting close and I wasn't close enough to see you, so I gave the bomber the command. It wasn't like anyone else was clearing the drop zones when I was even there and telling them. Hope it hasn't mentally scarred you. lol.

You have scared me for life!
I have never in my entire life seen a plane fly up and over a hill so fast in all my life
What appliance where u working from?
I was in the Kwn Sth 4.4. It's hard trying to get around a fire ground in a hurry in a big appliance, especially when your trying to keep out of everyone elses way so they can fight the fire in UXO area.Millsy wrote: YOU!![]()

Don't worry your not the first people I've every bombed and you won't be the last. Rocky 1st LT got filled with foam at one fire I was ground controller at many years ago when we first got water bombers. All the vollies thought it was funny at the time.

Haha Millsy, you get a bit wet?

oh yeah, for those who criticise our pictures, why would we take a slr camera or a proper camera there for taking pictures when we are being called there to do a job, most of the time in a situation like that,if ur in a heavy or a LT ur usually doing something and the only time we get to take pics is if wer waiting for soemthign or filling up the vehicles, were not paparzzi and im sure i speak to all of us who posted pics in this thread,we just wanted for everyone to see what that fire was like...no to make photographic pictures.
