auntys_eyes wrote:Correct mmw, the new series of The Force is in production with crew currently working with WAPol. I know the cammo, he is ex Ch9.
It got a bit of attention though from passer by's people were using there mobile phones recording what was going on haha :S dunno what the POI was pulled up for but his car was still in the same spot this morning.
Depends on the production schedule and how the client (Ch7) wants the series delivered, but anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Would probably assume the later at this stage. If i bump into the cammo i'll ask.

No onion, no garlic, no chilli, no pepper... NO POINT!!
I was talking to someone the other day who bought an ex-Police car - Fairly brand spanking new - with about 33,000 k's -Holden VZ - Key ring says - TG-106 -
Was it that VY II s/wagon MrG that was at the Auctions a couple of weeks back? CF106...
Thanks for those car updates Aunty...Be interesting to see whether the new ZT102 and ZO103's have secure pods fitted as I'm told they can't put the perspex screens into the VE's.

Gidday Tom,
Yeah sorry made an error - Its VY II s/wagon white in colour - ex WAPOL - had TG-106 Key tag with the vehicle registration too - so yeah Don't think it is CF-106 ????
Can anyone confirm the rumour that’s been building moment over the possible purchase of Volvo’s station wagons for the using of Traffic / TRG / Delta boys as fast response vehicles? It seems a strange move if they were to do it though traffic just got those spanking new XR’s that look amazing. One of our more senior boys mentioned it today???
Although I wouldn’t mind driving around in Volvo station wagon’s as they have a lot more power in them compared to the commodore, give me an xr6 any day though our equipment wont fit in the boot ï
Holden haven't released a VE station-wagon yet, although the VZ wagons are still being made. No more VZ Adventuras either.
Volvos would be a good choice, they are popular in the UK in law enforcement roles. Huge bucks $$$ for European stuff. Although WAPOL seems to trun cars over very quickly with low mileage.
I thought WAPOL might have gone for Turbo Terri's.
P.S. Give me a Holden anyday over a Ford...although I hear that the VE SV6's are a slug compared to the VZ's.
Drove one of the VE’s and they are a piece of Sh*t Holden downgraded the engine again the car weighs over two tonnes. Fords are the go and its great to see them back into service remember the AU series ones they had. Wanneroo had one and I always requested to drive that

Here's a person trying to cause trouble if no one else is the good old Ford/Holden debate, I'd go ford just because there's more chance of getting a manual, haven't seen many Manual Holdens.
