SSTV on ISS

Post by Blinky »

It appears there is a possibility of some SSTV from the ISS in the next couple of days.

I just noticed this on the QRZ forum.

It says it may happen, not will happen.

Time to get the keplerian elements updated on your favorite tracking program, and standby.

yes it sounded good then I got bad fading. Lousy picture subject matter. Very dark background with 3 lights it seems and the callsign. Can't make anything out. Plus the noise lines don't help.

I should have used the yagi.

At least I know MMSSTV worked. I only installed it earlier and aligned with a very weak WWV on 10Mhz
