These last 4 posts moved to the correct topic by me

Both 2m and 70cm NCRG repeaters have been down for ages. If somebody knows more, feel free to update us

VK6RNC Wannaroo repeater is back on air. Can't be bothered checking the 70cm one. Do it yerself :-)

Looks like Tic Hill 70cm repeater is functioning again. I saw VK6POP on APRS around the site so I assume the repeater is back on site. Looks like there's a Packet Radio there now as well.

Repeater update:

Tic Hill 2m and 70cm repeaters are off air. Suspected antenna fault. The APRS digipeater is still working as it's on a separate antenna.

The new Roleystone UHF repeater VK6RAP - 439.800MHz is on-air on a backup antenna. It will eventually be replacing 438.525MHz which is plagued with LIPD interference. The new repeater doesn't require CTCSS to access.

Has anyone tried Cataby (those that can normally get it) today? Just wondering if the repeater is in the area of the Dandaragan fire.

Definately on-air.. I couldn't hit it using my H/H from the fireground though (about 70km's further north).

Word from VK6LD is that VK6RAA is off the air for the time being. Storm damage to the antenna is the culprit.

G'day All,

VK6RPT, the portable 70cms repeater, is back operational at Walliston. 438.025MHz, -ve offset (5.0MHz split), no tone required.

Coverage is excellent considering it's only a 5W repeater!

Regards, Duncan - VK6GHZ

Well done and thanks to the volunteers for getting this repeater back on air.
