hi all, what part of the 2 meter band can you transmitt SSTV images?
Re: what part of 2 meter band can you send SSTV Images?
The WIA bandplan suggests
144.625 - 144.675 General / Experimental
145.225 - 145.275 General / Experimental
145.625 SSTV / Fax (AFSK)
However, just going there and transmitting is highly unlikely to work if you expect a reply. So the only way IMHO is to line up a sked with someone and in that case probably any frequency out of the satellite section or beacons and not being used by anyone would be fair game. Whatever you decide.

There are 10 types of people in this world. Those that understand binary and those who do not.
