That's odd. I guess that also means it worked ok with the engine off. Is that a tiny tracker and what TX was it connected to? The engine noise might be getting onto the audio as it enters the TX. Might need a suppressor on the radio. Did you have an opportunity to listen to the audio on a receiver?
