So while waiting for my advanced call to not appear, I happen to ring the WIA and they tell me, oh you must do a prac exam because you got your current Certificate more than 5 years ago. Thanks for letting me know. Keep lighting your cigars with money anyway.

Ham College's Advanced course starts in July... Anyone who might be interested in upgrading is welcome to book themselves in!

The course covers the same material as in Standard (but in a lot more detail), plus some extra material that's new to Advanced.

Same deal as before, Tuesday nights at Lynwood Scout Hall from 7pm to 10pm.

Woohoo! Thanks gals and guys. Only took me 2 weeks shy of 31 years to upgrade I just got my notice for renewing LED today so that was good timing.
