Myself and WPXZBP may be portable from the Bluff Knoll carpark, depending on weather. (Grid Square OF95bs). I'll make the call tomorrow morning.

Make sure you people in Perth are looking south on 144.120MHz & 432.120MHz. We have 8 elements & 100w PEP on 2M and 11 elements & 100w PEP on 70cm.

Will there be an announcement (or a parade with tickertape) or when my clock says 1430 just go for it?

Rob and I made two contacts each from Perth plus one each from a local contact. All made on 2m SSB. Shame the weather was against us.

Thanks Rob for making the effort! :D

We worked VK6ZWZ & VK6ZKO in Perth on 2M SSB with strong QSB on the signals both ways.
