Good visual on it last night.

If you want to monitor packets or use packet via ISS if the license class allows, consider UISS which uses the AGW Packet Engine for a software packet interface. AGW Packet Engine can also be used with other packet software too.

AGW PE is great. I can access it using Visual Basic with ease. Also the documentation for extracting data for APRS is freely available in case you want do your own APRS manipulation. No luck with BBS protocol as yet.

I am very pleased with it blinky, now just waiting for the ISS to be around when I'm awake! 5-6am for the next few days.

Absolutely - I'm pretty keen on the ISS, but will be working out which ones are 2m/70cm and then programming up my handheld for them

ok meg well its very simple to recive the iss on 145.825 punch that into your radio first if you can hear that then to can talk ok first the crew has to be awake check nasa website for details they only get about 1 hour a day to tx and rx dont worrie about doppler shift just yet the iss is pretty easy to get with out taking this into account my email is scottpike@live.com.au i have allot of satcomm equipment and can help you to get that contact
