Thanks Rob. I had a feeling it would be something simple.

No problems! The 'Help Announcement' every 5 hours covers this. I think #1 or #2 also replay it.

Ta. I guess I don't stay on the freq long enough to hear that. The help doesn't mention how to disconnect from a node. Tried # and 73 and #73 and *73 and my bank account number. I wonder if this sort of info could be posted on the WARG website?

73 disconnects you on both IRLP & Echolink systems.

Yes... I'll keep my opinions of windows to myself. I'll type something up if you give me a list of supported commands. That would give me a chance to have a good play with it as well. I can check with 6DN to see how his varies.

According to echolink.org # is the disconnect command.

That's the default, but it can be changed. But, as Rob pointed out, it's EchoIRLP which I know even less about. I tried googling for some other default DTMF set for EchoIRLP but couldn't find anything.

For Echolink yes, but the system in question is EchoIRLP which does not necessarily mean the same commands work. I can't say for sure as I have not used a EchoIRLP gateway before.

Yep I did. 73 like I said

Come to think of it, the first PIN I ever had was for NAB account and I asked them if it was wrong because it was 0000. They said it was right. I changed it ASAP.
