Drowned out by another on 2m

I'm losing 2m completely whenever a ham up the road is TXing 2m. I suspected it was him a few days ago, but now I'm pretty sure when he was splatting the band while I was mobile 2.5km away this arvo. I drove towards his QTH and it got progressively worse and wiped out even my car FM as I drove past his house. After sweeping the band I found him on simplex. Admittedly mine's just a handheld, but 2.5 km away? He's 850 metres from my QTH as the flow cries. I pity his neighbours.

Where does he live?? Do you know him?? Have you approached him about it??

Not yet. More interesting.. I heard him say today that his neighbours are complaining

He's running a linear.. I think it's a bit broken. Hopefully will catch up tomorrow morning IRL@NCRG
