What antenna connection standard is this?

That is the antenna connector. What standard is it ? The user manual does not say.

SMA. Some radios have a female SMA connector and male antenna and others have the opposite. Most of the cheap Chinese radios have the opposite to the picture. My Yaesu VX-3R has the same as the image and I think several other Yaesus are the same.
Wifi uses "RP-SMA" which has the same dimensions except the tiny contact pin is in the male threaded connector instead of the female.

Are there any compatible 470 MHz antennas that are on Ebay that you know of?
The little antenna it comes with is pathetic.
