Yeah, I think there has been ongoing issues with the link. I called back on Saddleback handheld.
Good signal from a Bunbury station to VK6RUF as well..

yes but the link back to Perth does not work. It requires someone actually listening to Saddleback from the Perth area. Like today someone relayed the callback details back to the callback taker. Did not go via the link. A lot of the time people callback from down in this area and no-one relays.

The VHF link has been bad and getting worse for weeks also. Dropouts, noise and it seems today nothing. I gave up listening to it several weeks ago. I listen online nowadays. No more problems. Until it's not uploaded, but that has not happened this year sofar.

Yup, Trev was taking Saddleback callbacks the last few weeks but Peter 6TVI doesn't due to feedback when he transmits to RUF

I'm getting the Northam repeater very well at the moment - a couple of local cockys talking about the storm last night.

Will try a call on it when they're finished see if I can get through this time.

Bunbury 2m & 70cm are full scale here as is Mt William.

Bunbury, Cataby, Mt Willy, Saddleback coming through strong up this way. Busselton is S9 and I'm hitting it with 2w.
