Hey Guys i was just tuning around the AM Broadcast band and just below it on 375kHz there is a morse message --- .. --- aka "OIO" constantly repeating every 6 seconds or so. I was just wondering if anyone knows what it means?

More than likely to be a beacon at Gingin. From memory it's Gingin RAAF base (ID is GIG) and it's on 374kHz.
That part of the LF spectrum is used for, amongst other things, non-directional beacons (NDBs) for aviation.
O is very similar to G (- - - = O, - - . = G)
