Holy hell I'd say that sites poorly designed, but I won't.

No, can't say I have. And from a quick look, there's nothing on that site that interests me to be honest...

Sites that fire up audio without any prompting or any warning generally get closed straight away. If a website is going to make sound, it should give you the opportunity to opt out before it does so. The page is just too busy, too confusing, and contains out-of-date and incorrect information.

Whoever wrote it probably did so more for their own amusement I'm guessing.

Agreed. There well could be some gems hidden in there somewhere, and whoever did it put in some serious work gathering it all together, but it feels like an impromptu street party.
