I dont think its niether of them, must be company using hired radios perhaps.

I've looked them up before and couldn't find anything, so yes possibly hired. I know a couple of the stores/night clubs etc use CB channels to chit chat.
I have heard SOMETHING on 471.4625 when there was action one night with fights etc but I think I used close call to get that so it might have gotten garbled a bit it didn't sound right.
