Frequency Lists

Post by herbie1204 »

I have recently purchased an Icom IC-R5 and taking up the scanner as a hobby to fill up my spare time. I have been trying to look for scanner frequencies to Perth Airport and I am starting to rip my hair out LOL.

Any help in finding Perth Airport frequencies plus the other popular frequencies would be greatly appreciated :D

doogues71 and herbie1204,

This might be handy reference for you.

http://www.airservicesaustralia.com/pub ... ns/aip.asp

Click on " I Agree"

then click on "En Route Supplement Australia (ERSA) (16-Mar-2006)"

Look under the Aerodromes section and you'll find a multitude of Airports. Click on [FAC] and a .pdf containing all the relevant information regarding that Airport will be shown.

The section, " ATS Communications Facilities" will contain all the frequencies.

Hope that helps,

Thanks very much doogues71 and websurfing. Exactly the information I was looking for.

I want to expand the collection of scanning channels. I have police channels and some other channels, any more would be greatly appreciated.

You can post any sites on this thread or just pm them to me please :D

Edit: Would these channels be on the AM band, FM band or WFM band?

Post any sites you find on the here, that way, we can all benefit :-)

Aircraft transmissions in the 108-138Mhz band are always in AM mode.
