Does anyone know who uses this freq? I came across what sounded like people practicing random messages. They were trying their best to use proper ratel.
Their callsigns included kalamunda, so I assume that's where they're from, possibly the SES?
Another thread mentioned the ACA search page being listed in a FAQ, but I couldn't find it in the FAQ on the board.
[EDIT]
I found the search page http://www.aca.gov.au/pls/radcom/assign ... nge_search. Seems it's licenced to FESA SES.

Yep ... I've heard Bayswater SES practicing their radio comms skills before - I assume it's part of the ongoing training for new members.
