I see them very often, not sure how many they have but I'd say at least a handful that just patrol.

CoJ/CoW don't use that system anymore. They're now on a 400MHz MPT trunking system.

Sounds like you have not set up the Base Frequency or Step yet.
My guess is that the Base Frequency is 415.5625 MHz, Step 12.5 kHz
Once that is correctly set-up, the above GoTo should show a frequency of 416.1875 MHz.

The ACMA Database lists the following frequencies for the City of Wanneroo:
415.6875, 416.1875, 416.6875, 417.1875, 417.6875
415.9375, 416.4375, 416.9375, 417.4375,

The Biscom Site on QV1 building has a SysID of 0049, so I suspect 3089 is the City of Joondalup/City of Wanneroo system.

The Base Frequency and Step need to be set up in TrunkView for each Site
Click on Options -> Sites Database, and fill in the fields at the bottom.
The Control Channel is the frequency you are receiving the data stream on.

The City of Wannaroo has two Sites, the first row of frequencies, above, are at Wannaroo, and the second row are at Yanchep, and the Sites should have different SysIDs, but both starting with the same digit.
