IIS nasa crew freqency

hi there, does anyone know what the freqnecy that is used on board the International space station to talk to nasa headquarters?

It would appear that there's no one single frequency, there's different ones depending on what's happening at the time, and even which module/s they're using to transmit from if this document is anything to go by...

The ISS will be going over our heads in ten minutes as I type, packet was received by ma two nights ago on
145.825.00 with many calls logged.

I use Orbitron to track the station, it's free on the net, and MixW to decode the signal.
