Close Call Frequencies ??

After roaming around Bubury recently with my new toy ( BR330T ) I have "discovered" the following and need help putting users to these, can anyone assist ?
467.562.05 - motorbike to motorbike L/P plate on road test ????
404.800.00 - sounds like inverted speech
150.487.50 - as above
163.300.00 -
161.225.00 -
158.890.00 -
136.360.00 -
494.900.00 - received inside Target
